CARRYING STRUCTURE

The crane carrying structure is created by the bracket arm made of "I", or "IPE" profile. The arm is fixed directly on the column or on the hall wall.

HOIST

The lifting of the load is ensured by electric chain hoist. The column (bracket) crane can be provided also with manual hoist.
The up to date hoist design ensures the save and economic operation. High service life is achieved thanks to the use of gears made of high quality steel. The lifting heights are usually 3 m (or also more. Different lifting speeds, with and without creep speed, are available. Standard is 4 to 8 m/min with the creep speed. The travel drive for hoists with carrying capacity up to 500 kg uses to be manual, fro 500 to 1000 kg two-speed or one-speed electrical. The hoist can be delivered also without travel (stationary).

LOAD ATTACHMENT

As a standard the column crane is delivered with single hook. According to user requirements different aids for attachment of load can be manufactured (special hooks, tongs, magnets,) for specific transported loads.

ELECTRIC INSTALLATION

The cranes are delivered with electrical equipment consisting of main switch, fixed on the crane column, cable line 3x 230/400V, 50 Hz.

CRANE SLEWING GEAR

The crane has an antifriction embedment, which results in easy handling by turning it. The slewing angle for bracket cranes is usually up to 180o. For occasional handling and lower carrying capacities the manual drive for slewing gear is used. In other cases and on customer request the crane is equipped with electric slewing of the arm. The drive is performed by driving unit (electric motor + worm gearbox).

CONTROL

As a standard for lower performance it is a direct control. For higher performance - indirect control with safe voltage. The control unit is connected to the hoist, if required it can be on the individual gathering cable trolley.

NOISE

The noise from hoist is of a very low level, which is guaranteed by the manufacturer.

ANCHORING:

The bracket crane is anchored on the column or on the hall wall.

ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY

Electrical voltage is supplied to the hoist via gathering cable line, consisting of galvanized "C" profile, carts and flat cable. Electrical voltage supply to the crane is done via cable, located in the floor or from above. (The supply cable up to the main switch is to be provided by the crane user).

RECOMMENDED USE

Technological hall crane, designated for handling the loads in workshops, warehouses, car services and for transport to and from machine tools. To its advantages belong the solution variability, low weight and up to date design.
